COURSE OVERVIEW
Effective logistics and procurement systems form the foundation of every successful humanitarian and development response. In today’s world—marked by complex emergencies, global disruptions, and increased accountability demands— organizations must be agile, transparent, and efficient in managing their supply chains. This 4-day intensive workshop is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to plan, coordinate, and manage humanitarian logistics and procurement functions from end to end.
